General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders from qualified bidders with experience in providing construction services for the base building upgrades and tenant improvements for 38,000 square feet of office space on the main level of a 2-storey concrete and timber building, located at 2780 E Broadway. Project also includes seismic upgrade with work on both floors, and parking lot re-configuration and re-surfacing of both north and south lots. As the lower level (warehouse) is occupied, thoughtful staging and coordination of the work with existing tenants is required, in particular for the seismic upgrade and parking lot re-surfacing work.

Information Meeting

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETINGS

Tenderers are required to attend at least one of two information sessions (each session, the “Mandatory Information Meeting”). The times, dates and locations of the two sessions are:

- Session 1: 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 5, 2019 at 2780 East Broadway,
Vancouver, British Columbia.

- Session 2: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 2780 East Broadway,
Vancouver, British Columbia
