General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the removal of existing lighting fixtures, the installation of new lighting fixtures, addition of general lighting controls and the addition of Color Changing lighting controls.

The Site is located at 4500 Cambie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

The purpose of this ITT is to select a Tenderer with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the Work.

Information Meeting

Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on Tuesday July 24, 2018 commencing at 11:00 a.m.

The location of the Information Meeting will be: the Bloedel Conservatory, 4500 Cambie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person via fax or email on or prior to Friday July 20, 2018.
