General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver as represented by its Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation (the“City”) invites Tenders to supply all products, labour, equipment, and services necessary to efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the renovation of the existing playgreound at Trout Lake Community Centre Pre-School Playground.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Renovation of the existing playspace at Trout Lake Preschool

(b) Further information is contained in Appendix 3 – Specifications and Drawings

The Site is located at 3360 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.

The purpose of this ITT is to select a Tenderer with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the Work.

Information Meeting

Tenderers must attend a MANDATORY information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on Wednesday, June 26th, 2019 commencing at 9:00 o’clock am.

The location of the MANDATORY Information Meeting will be: 3360 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the MANDATORY Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to Monday, June 24th, 2019 and 12:00 o’clock pm.
