General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for construction services for a pump station
replacement and washroom addition.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
-deconstruction and disposal of the existing pump station;
-temporary bypass pumping; and
-construction of a new pump station and washroom facility.
The Work Site is located at China Creek North Park, 1001 E. 7th Ave, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Work Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on Tuesday, January 15, 2018 commencing at 10:00 am.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: China Creek North Park, 1001 E. 7th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the
Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email
prior to Friday, January 11, 2018.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before Friday, February 1, 2018.
