General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking quotations to determine if it will enter into
one or more contracts in respect of the supply and delivery of Chevy Tahoe RWD
Pursuit Sport Utility Vehicles. Such contracts are intended to be in the form of “standing
agreements” under which the City may order goods from time to time as required over a
period of approximately three years with option to renew for two additional 1-year terms.
The number of such contracts to be entered into, if any at all, shall be entirely at the
discretion of the City and the City may, during the aforesaid period of years allocate work
to or among successful vendors by such method as the City determines
Vendors should carefully review Appendix 1 – Requirements for a detailed description of the City’s requirements.
