City of Vancouver (the Owner) has engaged a Construction Manager, Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd. to coordinate and manage the construction of two proposed child care facilities on top of existing parkades. The Construction Manager is issuing this Request for Trade Quotations as follows:

-Flooring (Carpet Tile, Resilient,)
-Resilient Panel Wall Covering
-Architectural Millwork
-Doors/Frames/Hardware Supply
-Finish Carpentry
-Exterior Cladding – Phenolic Panels
-Roofing & Transfer Deck Waterproofing
-Toilet & Bath Accessories & Misc. Specialties

All quotations will be received before 2:00 pm – January 11, 2019 at the office of the Construction Manager, Heatherbrae Builders Co. Ltd.

Fax and e-mailed submissions are acceptable.

All bidders are required to register with Heatherbrae Builders their intent to bid this project with the construction manager Registrar, Allan Gustafson, Email: allang@heatherbrae.com

Registered bidders will receive addenda notifications, scopes of work and bid forms. All addenda will be posted on BC Bid. Bidders are responsible to check BC Bid website for addenda.

All trades will be required to visit the site on their own accord to determine their material deliveries and access.
