"Vancouver Time” will be conclusively deemed to be time in the City of Vancouver, asindicated in the electronic timestamp the Quotation receives upon delivery to the emailaddress specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP)provided by the National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific TimeZone.

General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking quotations to determine if it will issue one or more purchase orders in respect of the supply and delivery of wireless microphones to Vancouver Civic Theatres (delivery address: 649 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 2P1), as specified in Appendix 1 [Requirements]. No installation services are required.
Vendors should carefully review Appendix 1 [Requirements] for a detailed description of the City’s requirements.
