“Vancouver Time” will be conclusively deemed to be time in the City of Vancouver, as indicated in the electronic timestamp the Quotation receives upon delivery to the email address specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP) provided by the National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific Time Zone.

CLOSING LOCATION

Quotations should be submitted by email prior to the Closing Time in accordance with
the following:

- Subject of the file to be: PS# - Title – Vendor name.

- Document format for submissions:

o PDF format – 1 combined PDF file.

- Zip the files to reduce file size if needed.

- Send your submissions to Bids@vancouver.ca; do not deliver a physical copy to the
City of Vancouver.

-If you did not receive an automated email within few minutes, check your junk folder
first, and then contact Purchasing@vancouver.ca.

- Submitting the files via Drop box, FTP, or any other method, is not acceptable

Quotations received after the closing time may be returned unopened.

Fax quotations will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement

The purpose of this RFQ is to retain a vendor to remove all water damaged electrical equipment and
cabling at one of the City’s PRV chamber including disposal/recycling. The vendor will supply and install
control cabinet components which includes new power and signal cables and electronic instrumentation
devices. The vendor will aid in the commissioning of the new station and provide updated equipment
(O&M) manuals and electrical (AutoCAD) drawings as part of the deliverables.
