EXCEPT WHERE EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE IN APPENDIX 1 TO PART C OF THE RFP: (I) NO PART OF THE RFP CONSISTS OF AN OFFER BY THE LIBRARY TO ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP; AND (II) NO PART OF THE RFP IS LEGALLY BINDING ON THE LIBRARY.

Details of the Library ’s objectives and requirements to which the RFP relates are set out in Annex 1 of the RFP. The Library welcomes Proposals respecting innovative or novel approaches to the Library’s objectives and requirements. If responding with cloud as a solution, the Library will follow up with further qualifying questions if shortlisted.
