All references to time are references to the time in the City of Vancouver, as indicated in the electronic timestamp the Non-Disclosure Agreement receives upon delivery to the email address specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP) provided by the National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific Time Zone.
CLOSING LOCATION
In order to receive the full scope of the Request for Proposal, proponents are required to complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement attached and return it to Jim Lowood at jim.lowood@vancouver.ca by 3:00 pm Friday, April 8, 2022.
Proposals received after the closing time may be returned unopened.
Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver wishes to engage the services of an Architect as Managing Consultant for a residential development. The project will entail delivering a schematic design, completing a full rezoning application process, design development, providing construction documents, contract administration and post-construction services. The development is intended as a concrete and steel high rise, residential tower with underground parking in Vancouver and requires the Managing Consultant to establish and manage a team of design consultants in the disciplines required to complete the project.
