Any communication from potential Proponents to City staff other than the contact person regarding the content of this RFP may lead to disqualification of the Proponent from this RFP process, at the City’s sole discretion.

CLOSING DATE & TIME
3:00:00 pm (Local Vancouver Time), Tuesday, October 27, 2020
All references to time in the RFP are references to the time in the City of Vancouver, as indicated in the electronic timestamp the Proposal receives upon delivery to the email address specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP) provided by the National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific Time Zone.
Proponents should submit their proposals on or before 3:00pm on October 27, 2020 (the “Closing Time”) by email in accordance with the following:
Subject of the file to be: PS# - Title – Vendor name.
Document format for submissions:
-RFP Part C in PDF format – 1 combined PDF file,
-Any other attachments if necessary
Zip the files to reduce the size or email separately if needed.
Send your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org do not deliver a physical copy to the City of Vancouver.
Deadline for inquires: 3:00pm on October 21, 2020. Inquires must be sent to email@example.com prior to the inquiry deadline.
Submitting the files via Drop box, FTP, or similar programs, is not acceptable
To be considered by the City, a Proposal must be submitted in the form set out in Appendix 1 (the “Proposal Form”), completed and duly executed by the relevant Proponent.
Proposals received after the closing time may be returned unopened.
Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver is seeking an experienced Indigenous policy consultant to work with IGR, Indigenous Relations to develop a scope for the City of Vancouver to conduct a colonial audit. The scope for a colonial audit will articulate the intent, meaning, and subject area of the “colonial audit” - with clear processes and transparency.
