Proponents should submit their proposals by emailing in accordance with the following:

- Vendor name.
Document format for submissions:
-RFP Part C in PDF format – 1 combined PDF file,
-Any other attachments if necessary
-Zip the files to reduce the size or email separately if needed.
Send your submissions to Bids@vancouver.ca do not deliver a physical copy to the City
of Vancouver.

first, and then contact Purchasing@vancouver.ca
Submitting the files via Drop box, FTP, or similar programs, is not acceptable.
To be considered by the City, a Proposal must be submitted in the form set out in Part C (the “Proposal Form”), completed and duly executed by the relevant Proponent.
Proposals received after the closing time may be returned unopened.
Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement
The Vancouver Civic Theaters (VCT) manages multiple performance spaces within the City of Vancouver including the Orpheum, Queen Elizabeth, Playhouse, and Annex Theaters. These venues facilitate a broad variety of performances, lectures, and events requiring a professional and comprehensive level of service from their respective backstage technical teams.
To provide this level of service the VCT requires a supplier of theatrical stage supplies and services that is authorized to supply and service ETC Visual Environment Technologies systems and equipment.
