General Description of Requirement

To catalyze and grow the salvage and deconstruction industry in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, the City would like to engage an organization to establish and operate a deconstruction hub that is independent of the City and that is preferably located in Vancouver to store, upcycle, and market salvaged materials, particularly salvaged wood.
