CLOSING LOCATION
Proponents should submit their proposals on or before 3:00pm on the 18TH day of JANUARY, 2019 (the “Closing Time”) by email in accordance with the following:
Subject of the file to be: PS20181908 - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF KOMBUCHA TEA TO VANCOUVER PARK BOARD CONCESSION STANDS AND GOLF COURSES – Vendor name.
Document format for submissions:
-RFP Part C in PDF format – 1 combined PDF file, and

General Description of Requirement
Vancouver Parks & Recreation (“Parks”) is seeking a local vendor to supply various flavours of Kombucha teas as part of an initiative to expand its beverage selections to include healthier options. Kombucha teas were piloted at Parks locations last season as a trial to gauge public interest. Parks would like to continue to offer Kombucha for its 2019 season, and potentially beyond.
