SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Proponents should submit their Proposals on or before the time and date specified in the bottom row of the table in Section 2.1 above (the “Closing Time”).

Each Proponent should submit its Proposal by email in accordance with the following:

- Subject of the file to be: PS20181646 – Operator and Management Services for the
Vancouver Civic Theatre Parking Facility – Vendor name.

- Document format for submissions:

o 1 combined PDF for RFP Part C in PDF format and any other attachments if necessary,

o 1 PDF file of Part C Appendix 3 - Commercial Proposal.

- Zip the files to reduce the size or email separately if needed.

- Send your submissions to Bids@vancouver.ca; do not deliver a physical copy to the City of Vancouver.

- If you did not receive an automated email within few minutes, check your junk folder first, and then contact Purchasing@vancouver.ca.

- Submitting the files via Drop box, FTP, or similar programs, is not acceptable.

Proposals must not be submitted by fax.

To be considered by the City, a Proposal must be submitted in the form set out in Part C (the“Form of Proposal”), completed and duly executed by the relevant Proponent.

Amendments to a Proposal may be submitted via the same methods, at any time prior to the Closing Time.

Proposals are revocable and may be withdrawn at any time before or after the Closing Time.

Proposals received after the closing time may be returned unopened.

Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement

The RFP concerns the City’s interest in procuring an operator and management services for the Vancouver Civic Theatre parking facility located at 649 Cambie Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 2P1. Details of the City’s objectives and requirements to which the RFP relates are set out in Part B of the RFP. The City welcomes proposals that are responsive to this RFP (“Proposals”) respecting innovative or novel approaches to the City’s objectives and requirements.

Information Meeting

An information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) will be held to enable Proponents to seek clarification with respect to any aspect of the RFP in a group forum. The details are as follows:

Date: as specified in Section 2.1
Time: as specified in Section 2.1
Location: Meet at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre stage door (649 Cambie Street)
