SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

Proponents should submit their Proposals on or before the time and date specified in the bottom row of the table in Section 2.1 (the “Closing Time”).

Each Proponent should submit its Proposal by email to bids@vancouver.ca with the
Proponent’s name and the RFP title and number in the “subject” line (“Supply and Delivery of Tracked Aerial Lift and Trailer ; PS20181128”).

To be considered by the City, a Proposal must be submitted in the form set out in Part C (the “Form of Proposal”), completed and duly executed by the relevant Proponent.

Amendments to a Proposal may be submitted via the same methods, at any time prior to the Closing Time.

Please refer to Section 4.0 SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS for full details.

Proposals received after the closing time may be returned unopened.

Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement

The RFP concerns the City’s interest in the immediate procurement of one (1) Tracked Aerial Lift with Articulating and Telescoping Booms and one (1) Transport Trailer, with an option to purchase additional units as, if and when needed during the term of the contract. Details of the City’s objectives and requirements to which the RFP relates are set out in Part B of the RFP. The City welcomes proposals that are responsive to this RFP (“Proposals”) respecting innovative or novel approaches to the City’s objectives and requirements.
