General Description of Requirement
The RFP concerns the City’s interest in receiving proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide a consulting services program for the audit, design and construction management of all roofing, building envelope for heritage and non-heritage structures and traffic membrane replacement. The City intends to do a 2-stage RFP process that will, first, shortlist approximately three (3) consulting firms based on their qualifications, capacity, methodology, and program execution. The second stage will be to request pricing based on the methodology outlined in the first stage.
