Request For Proposal

Each Proponent should submit its Proposal by email to:  bids@vancouver.ca
with the Proponent’s name and the RFP title and number in the “subject” line (“SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER METERS PS20180002”).

Please Review the Guideline for Bid Submissions.

For proponents:
-Subject of the file to be: PS# - Title – Vendor name
-Submit the files in the same format that were uploaded/sent to you and please
Do not combine the files.

Proponent’s instruction:
-RFP Part C in word format+ appendix 1 (Information Meeting and Instructions) + appendix 3 (pricing tab) in Excel format + any other attachments if necessary.
-Zip the files to reduce the size or email separately if needed.
-Send your submissions to: Bids@vancouver.ca and do not drop a physical copy at
City of Vancouver.
-If you did not receive an automated email within few minutes, check your junk folder first, and then contact purchasing@vancouver.ca
-Submitting the files via Fax, Drop box, FTP,… is not acceptable

All references to time in the RFP are references to the time in the City of Vancouver, as
indicated in the electronic timestamp the Proposal receives upon delivery to the email address specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP) provided by the National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific Time Zone.
