General Description of Requirement
The RFP concerns the City’s interest in obtaining a consultant to complete an assessment,
capacity analysis, growth impact assessment, and develop an upgrade or replacement strategy
for the City’s Thornton sewage pump station. Details of the City’s objectives and requirements
to which the RFP relates are set out in Part B of the RFP. The City welcomes proposals that are
responsive to this RFP (“Proposals”) respecting innovative or novel approaches to the City’s
objectives and requirements.
