General Description of Requirement
City of Vancouver Real Estate Services is seeking professional architectural services to support it in rezoning Architectural Services to rezone a Downtown Vancouver site (c. 80,000 sq ft site area). The successful proponent will be required to assist Real Estate Services in exploring massing, use and design options for the Site (phase 1) and support it through the subsequent rezoning process and application (phase 2). The level of resolution and detail required for the rezoning shall be sufficient for staff to evaluate the proposed form of development but is intended to guide future architectural design rather than being itself an explicit architectural product.
