General Description of Requirement
This Request for Application (“RFA”) identifies a business opportunity for the successful Applicants to enter into standing offer contracts to Hazardous Building Materials Consultants for consulting services related to Hazardous Building Materials Management, as requested and required by the City during the period commencing from the time of award and for a period of three years following.
The City anticipates the need for Hazardous Building Materials Consultants for services over the above mentioned period. As specific requirements are not fully known at this time, the City wishes to enter into standing offer contracts, in the form of Part D, with a number of consultants that have the interest and capabilities to provide such services. This would allow the City to provide call-up for required services, as and when the needs arise, in the form of a Request for Services to the standing offer contract.
Successful applicants will be registered on the City’s Pre-Qualification for Hazardous Building Materials Consultants List.
