CLOSING LOCATION
A Response should be submitted by email to bids@vancouver.ca prior to 3:00 pm on
July 19, 2018 (the “Closing Time”).
Each Response must be marked with the vendor’s name and the RFA title and number.
“Vancouver Time” will be conclusively deemed to be time in the City of Vancouver, as
indicated in the electronic timestamp the Application receives upon delivery to the email
address specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP)
provided by the National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific Time Zone.
DO NOT SUBMIT RESPONSES BY FAX.
Request for Application received after the closing time may be returned unopened.
Fax Request for Application will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement
This Request for Application (the “RFA”) provides an opportunity to submit applications for review by the City and, depending on the City’s evaluation of such application, among other factors, to potentially negotiate with the City to enter into a standing contract under which restoration contractor services may be provided to the City during a period of approximately three to six years.
