Tenders are to be addressed to the Supply Chain Management office, 4th Floor, City of
Vancouver, 453 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V5Y 1V4, and sent to bids@vancouver.ca prior to 3:00 P.M., Vancouver Time (as defined in Note 3), on
Thursday, July 16, 2020 (the “Closing Time”).
Tenders will be not be publicly opened.
Tender results can be found within 48 hours of
the Closing Time at the following website:

Tenders received after the closing time may be returned unopened.
Faxed tenders will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the Electrical and Green
Infrastructure Installation on 4900 Block of Cambie St.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Construction of Green Infrastructure;
(b) Installation of Electrical Ducting; and
(c) Installation of Coast Mountain Bus Company Trolley Pole Bases.
The Work Site is located at 4900 block of Cambie Street (south bound), between McGuigan Street and 35th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Work Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.
The purpose of this ITT is to select a Tenderer with the capability and experience to
efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the Work. Perspective
Tenderers should note that only experienced green infrastructure contractors are
qualified for bidding this project. The Tenderer is required to provide at least three
references with details of similar sized green infrastructure construction that the
Tenderer has completed in the last five years.
