General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the services of a contractor to supply, deliver and carpet 41,100 square feet of carpet tile on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the Central Library.
The Site is located at 360 West Georgia, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory
Information Meeting”) on Monday, August 20, 2018 commencing a t 3:00pm.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 360 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. Please meet inside the foyer in front of the entrance to the library.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the
Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email
prior to 3:00pm, Friday, August 17, 2018.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before 12:00pm, Thursday, August 30, 2018.
