General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for construction services to conduct stabilization and replacement of the vertical concrete piers that supports the North Victoria Drive Sewer Outfall structure located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Information Meeting
Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on February 19, 2020 commencing at 1:00 p.m. Vancouver Time.
The location of the Information Meeting will be at the North Victoria Drive Sewer Outfall in Vancouver, British Columbia. Tenderers are asked to meet at the Vancouver Port Authority’s Heatley Avenue Entrance (Heatley Avenue and Powell Street). City representatives and Tenderers will then travel to the outfall site upon the direction by Port Operations staff.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to February 18, 2020.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before February 28, 2020.
The City may issue at any time during the process, and for any reason, at its discretion addenda, amendments and questions and answers. It is the sole responsibility of each Tenderer to regularly check the FTP Site referred to in Section 3.2 for these and any other updates that the City may issue.
