General Description of Requirement
Contractor to provide landscape and civil services as required for park renewal based on tender drawings. Park renewal includes demolition of existing park features and the construction of new park elements (playground, sport courts, community gardens, trees, planting, pathways, other amenities) and required park services (water, drainage, lighting).

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 commencing at 9 o’clock am.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 4175 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to 2:00 pm December 16, 2019.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before January 8, 2020.
