General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the replacement of the underground storage tank at the Fire Hall #22.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Escavate and removal of two existing underground fuel storage tanks.
(b) Supply and install a new above-grade tank including a new concrete pad, fencing and crash barriers.
(c) Supply and Install new related equipment in accordance to the specifications.

he work is further described in Appendix 3 – Specifications, Drawings and References.

The Site is located at 1005 West 59th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

Information Meeting

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING

Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on
November 19, 2019 commencing at 10:00 A.M.

The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: Fire Hall 22, 1005 West 59th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to 3:00 P.M., November 12, 2019.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before 3:00 P.M., November 21, 2019.
