General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the upgrade of the existing boiler in the Fire Hall Arts Centre.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Deconstruction of existing boiler and heat exchanger and related piping.
(b) Supply and install new boilers including a new housekeeping concrete pad.
(c) Supply and Install new related equipment in accordance to the specifications.
The work is further described in Appendix 3 – Specifications, Drawings and References.
The Site is located at 280 East Cordova Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on Thursday, November 28, 2019 commencing at 10:00 AM.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: Front Entrance, Fire Hall Arts Centre, 280 East Cordova Street, Vancouver, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to Tuesday, November 26, 2019.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before December 5, 2019.
