General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the tenant renovations at 814 Richards Street Vancouver. South half of the fourth floor.
The Work generally consists of deconstruction, construction, supply and install, but is not necessarily limited to:
-Interior renovation of a 5,000 square foot floor space, including a new “DIRTT” wall systems, alterations to electrical and mechanical systems, new lighting, relocations of sprinkler heads and new data cabling (refer to attached Interior Design, Electrical and Mechanical drawings )
-Abatement of existing site, along with demolition of interior partition walls, and removal of all flooring materials, which will lead to the disturbance of acoustical ceiling tiles and to ventilation ductwork.
The site is located on the fourth floor at 814 Richards Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (“Site”). The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on Friday, October 18, 2019 commencing at 10:00 AM.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 814 Richards Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (please meet inside the lobby door of the building).
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 9:00 AM, October 17, 2019.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before 3:00 PM, November 4, 2019.
It is the sole responsibility of each Tenderer to check the City’s website at
http://vancouver.ca/doing-business/open-bids.aspx regularly for addenda, amendments and questions and answers related to this ITT, which the City may issue at any time during the process, and for any reason, at its discretion.
