General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the removal and disposal of the existing
roof system, and to supply, deliver and install a new roof system, in each case, at the PNE
Hastings Room located at 2901 E Hastings Street, (specifically at PNE Hastings Room) in
Vancouver, British Columbia.

Information Meeting
Tenderers are invited to attend a mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on August 16, 2019 commencing at 2:00 p.m. Vancouver Time.
The Mandatory Information Meeting will take place at 2901 E. Hastings Street in Vancouver, British Columbia. Tenderers are asked to meet at the PNE Hastings Room five minutes prior to the start of the Mandatory Information Meeting; all vehicles are to report to Gate 2.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to August 16, 2019.
