General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of new grease traps located at China Town Plaza. The existing grease traps located at China Town Plaza are at the end of life cycle. The City requires the assistance of a qualified contractor to supply, deliver and install a new grease trap includes old soil removal and new back fill for the site.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
-Supply , delivery and installation of new grease traps and;
-Removal of old soil and provision of new back fill for the site.
The Site is located at 180 Keefer Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on November 19, 2019 commencing at 10:00am
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 180 Keefer Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to November 18, 2019.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before November 29, 2019.
