General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the services of a qualified roofing contractor for the re-roofing at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre Fly Tower located at 630 Hamliton Street.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:

- Re & Re of existing roofing system at the Lower & Upper Fly Towers including metal flashings;

- Re & Re of exterior access ladders

The Site is located at 630 Hamliton Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, attached as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting

Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on Thursday, July 4, 2019 commencing at 9:00 a.m..

The location of the Information Meeting will be: 630 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00 p.m., July, 3, 2019
