General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the replacement of the existing roof of the Academy of Music located at 1270 Chestnut Street, Vancouver B.C.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:

Roof Replacement on designated roof areas of Academy of Music, located at 1270 Chestnut Street, Vancouver, BC, V6J 4R9

The Site is located at 1270 Chestnut Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached at:

Information Meeting

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING

Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on May 14, 2019 commencing at 10:00am.

The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 1270 Chestnut Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to 3:00pm May 13, 2019.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before May 27, 2019.
