General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the re-roofing of the PNE Gardens Auditorium located at 2901 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
Construction of a new roof system and roof diaphragm upgrade for the PNE Gardens auditorium as per the drawings and specifications listed.
The Site is located at 2901 E. Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on May 2, 2019 commencing at 10:30am.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 2901 E. Hastings Street,, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00pm May 1, 2019.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before May 21, 2019.
