General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver as represented by its Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation (the “City”) invites Tenders to supply all products, labour, equipment, and services necessary to build the Pandora Park and a dog off-leash area.
The Work generally includes but not limited to:
(a) Site mobilization and hoarding, demolition, and tree protection
(b) Earthwork, stripping, grading and drainage for new sports courts, dog park area, and trail connections
(c) Reconstruction of existing tennis court hard surfacing for new tennis/pickleball court and basketball court
(d) Finish grading and site restoration with pertinent soft and hard landscape finishes and treatments, as noted
(e) Provision of fencing and gates for tennis courts and dog park area
(f) Asphalt pedestrian connections and concrete finishing
(g) Landscape and sport site fitments and furnishings
(h) Renovation of miscellaneous playground and park features, as noted
The Site is located at 2325 Franklin Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents listed under Appendix 3.

Information Meeting
Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on May 14, 2019 commencing at 10:00 am.
The location of the Information Meeting will be: 2325 Franklin Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. Meeting point will be at the south tennis courts.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to May 14, 2019.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before May 30, 2019.
