General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the modernization of the service elevator at the Orpheum Theatre.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
Modernization of the Orpheum theatre Service elevator, to include envelope, Crane, electrical and Ventilation related work.
The Site is located at 869 Seymour St., Vancouver, BC. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on
November 13, 2019 commencing at 2:00pm.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 869 Seymour Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. Proponents attending the Information Meeting are requested to meet via the stage door on the side of the building.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00pm November 12, 2019.
Tenderers are responsible for bringing their sub-contractors to the Mandatory Information meeting.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before November 25, 2019.
