General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the re-paving of the secured parking lot at 1570 Kootenay Street.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
-Construction of re-paving the secured parking lot at 1570 Kootenay Street including a new sub-base, base and asphalt
The Work Site is located at 1570 Kootenay Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Work Site is further described in the Tender Documents.
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on March 21, 2019 commencing at 10:30am.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: North main gate into 1570 Kootenay Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to March 20, 2019.
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before April 1, 2019.
