General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver as represented by its Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation (the “City”) invites Tenders for the Grass Sport Field Renewals at Slocan Park.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
-Remove existing playfields along with irrigation and drainage system and install new irrigation and drainage system to accommodate new soccer fields located in Slocan Park
-Construct new grass playfields with proper fencing and adjusted grades
-Restoration of the project area including but not limited to adjacent pathways, landscaping and other natural features to the original condition
-Provide landscape maintenance for a period of one year beginning on the date of acceptance of the grass fields
The Site is located at Slocan Park, 2750 E. 29th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached with the drawings.

Information Meeting
INFORMATION MEETINGTenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on April 25, 2019 commencing at 10:00am.
The location of the Information Meeting will be: Slocan Park, 2750 E. 29th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to 4:00pm April 24, 2019.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before April 30, 2019.
