General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for Tenant Improvements – Office Space.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:

Demolition, construction of new walls, construction of universal washroom with shower, kitchen with supply and installation of new flooring and millwork, modification and/or relocation to existing equipment, including electrical, plumbing and mechanical HVAC.

The Site is located at 575 W. 8th Avenue – 3rd Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as per Architectural Drawing A-00.

Information Meeting

Tenderers are invited to attend the only planned information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on May 16, 2019 commencing at 11:00 am.

The location of the Information Meeting will be: 575 W. 8th Avenue, 3rd Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to May 15, 2019 at 3:00 pm.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before May 20, 2019.
