General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver as represented by its Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation (the “City”) invites Tenders for pavement construction at Prospect Point in Stanley Park.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the supply and delivery of all necessary labour and equipment necessary to perform the pavement construction at Prospect Point in Stanley Park.

The Site is located at 5601 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver, BC, V6G 3E2 (Prospect Point at Stanley Park). The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

Information Meeting

INFORMATION MEETING

Tenderers are invited to attend an information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on Thursday January 10, 2019 commencing at 11:00 a.m.

The location of the Information Meeting will be: Prospect Point in Stanley Park, 5601 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver, BC. Vendors are asked to assemble beside the Prospect Point Signage.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before Wednesday January 9, 2019.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before Friday January 11, 2019.
