General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the supply, delivery an installation of new domestic water piping and HW Boiler system for the PNE- Forum building.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
Construction of new domestic water piping and HW boiler system;
The Work Site is located at 2901 E. Hastings, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Work Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on
November 6, 2018 commencing at 8:30am Vancouver time.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 2901 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00pm Vancouver time, November 5, 2018.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by email on or before November 14, 2018.
