General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the tenant improvements of office space at The Echelon Centre.

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
Demolition, and Construction of new walls, construction of universal washroom with shower, kitchen with residential style range and hood, supply and installation of new flooring and millwork, modification and/or relocation to existing equipment, including electrical, plumbing and mechanical HVAC.

The Site is located at 575 West 8th Avenue, 6th Floor, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.

Information Meeting

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING

Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on Thursday, August 16, 2018 commencing at 2:00 pm.

The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be: 575 West 8th Avenue, (meet at the Elevator lobby), Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to August 16, 2018.

ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before August 20, 2018.
