General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver as represented by its Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation (the “City”) invites Tenders for the supply and installation of outdoor fitness equipment at the Memorial South Park.
The Site is located at 5955 Ross Street, Vancouver, BC V5W 1T7, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

Information Meeting
INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on August 23, 2018 commencing at 10:00am.
The location of the Information Meeting will be: 5955 Ross Street, Vancouver, BC V5W 1T7, Vancouver, British Columbia.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by fax or email prior to August 23, 2018.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before September 6, 2018.
