General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders to replace and optimize the existing DDC system

The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:

- Provide a DDC Controls Upgrade for Kerrisdale Community Centre to replace and optimize the existing DDC system with either a Reliable Controls or Delta Controls system. Installing Contractor shall be manufacturer authorized and trained.

Information Meeting

Tenderers are invited to attend the information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on February 20, 2018 commencing at 9:00 am (PST).

The location of the Information Meeting will be: 5851 West Blvd, Vancouver, British Columbia, Vancouver, British Columbia. Tenderers are asked to meet in the parking lot in front of the building.

Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to 3:00 p.m. (PST)/February 15, 2018.

Tenderers are invited to attend a 2ND information meeting (the “Information Meeting”) on Monday, March 12, 2018 commencing at 10:00 am (PST).

The location of the Information Meeting will be: 5851 West Blvd, Vancouver, British Columbia, Vancouver, British Columbia. Tenderers are asked to meet at the entrance of the building.
