General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for the demolition and removal of the entire building and foundations of existing Fire Hall 17. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
-Hazardous materials, all hard surfaces, entire building, foundations, all remaining equipment/finishes, and landscaping unless otherwise noted;
-Decommissioning of existing monitoring wells;
-Removal of existing underground storage tanks, associated fuel lines and pumping station;
-Soil abatement associated with removal of underground storage tanks;
-Removal and capping of site services at property line unless differently shown on the documents;
-Furnishing of all tools, plant, labour, materials, equipment and supervision.
The Site is located at 7070 Knight Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on March 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
