General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for a green demolition of Roddan Lodge, a six-storey building with overall area of 53,300-sq.ft. on an 18,000-sq.ft lot, built in 1976-77.
The Work generally includes the removal of the entire existing building and foundations as shown on the tender documents including but not limited to:
-abatement of all hazardous materials;
-removal of all hard surfaces, entire building and its foundations;
-removal of all remaining interior equipment, finishes, furnishings and furniture;
- removal of all landscaping and landscaping elements, unless noted otherwise.
The Site is located at 124 Dunlevy, Vancouver, British Columbia V6A 3T6.

Information Meeting
MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Tenderers are required to attend the mandatory information meeting (the “Mandatory Information Meeting”) on November 30, 2017 commencing at 10:00 a.m.
The location of the Mandatory Information Meeting will be at the front entrance of front entrance of Roddan Lodge at 124 Dunlevy Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia.
All attendees of this mandatory information meeting must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a safety vest and hard hat.
Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Mandatory Information Meeting by submitting the Mandatory Information Meeting Attendance Form (Appendix 1) to the Contact Person by email prior to November 30, 2017.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Tenderers are asked to indicate their intentions to submit Tenders by submitting the Response Notification Form (Appendix 2) to the Contact Person by fax or email on or before December 20, 2017.
