General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking expressions of interest (“Expressions of
Interest”) from qualified and experienced vendors interested in managing and operating a Non-
Motorised Water Sports Concession at Kitsilano Beach (and other locations if approved). It is
anticipated that this service will be operated on a seasonal basis. The successful Operator will
have non-exclusive rights to use a portion of the Beach(es) to set up a non-motorised water
sports concession during approved times.
