General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Applications from Vancouver based non-profit cultural organizations (the “Applicants”) who wish to lease office space, assembly and/or cafe space (the “Premises”) from the City.
The Premises consist of three spaces located on the second, main, and basement (P1) floors of the renovated 1903/1908 heritage building at the corner of Hastings and Abbott Streets (the “Heritage Building”).

Information Meeting
Interested Applicants are invited to attend an information meeting to be held on Tuesday, June
11, 2013 at 10:00am at #10 - 111 West Hastings Street (the basement located in P1) as an
opportunity for Applicants to ask questions of City and Community Services staff. All questions
and answers will be recorded and posted as an addendum to this RFEOI.
All other conditions and specifications remain unchanged.

A mandatory information meeting has been scheduled for 10:00am, Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 111 West Hastings Street as an opportunity for Applicants to ask questions of City and Community Services staff. Registration is requested by 12:00pm, Monday June 10, 2013 by submitting the Information Meeting Attendance Form (Schedule J). All questions and answers will be recorded and posted as an addendum to this RFEOI.
