CLOSING LOCATION
Quotations should be submitted by email to bids@vancouver.ca prior to 3:00pm on
April 23, 2018 (the “Closing Time”).
-The file name should be in the following format: PS# - Title – Vendor name;
-Submit the files in the same format that were uploaded;
-Schedules (Pricing Tables to be submitted in Word format
-Zip the files to reduce the size or email them separately, if needed.
Quotations must be marked with the vendor’s name and the RFQ title and number.
“Vancouver Time” will be conclusively deemed to be time in the City of Vancouver, as
indicated in the electronic timestamp the Quotation receives upon delivery to the email
address specified herein, which is in turn synchronized to Network Time Protocol (NTP)
provided by the National Research Council of Canada adjusted to local Pacific Time
Zone.
DO NOT SUBMIT QUOTATIONS BY FAX.
Quotations received after the closing time may be returned unopened.
Fax quotations will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking quotations to determine if it will enter into
one or more contracts in respect of provision of professional Architectural Prime
Consulting services for tenant improvements to Echelon Centre I at 555 West 8th
Avenue (5th Floor) and Echelon Centre II at 575 West 8th Avenue (3rd and 6th Floors),
Vancouver, B.C.
Vendors should carefully review Appendix 1 – Requirements for a detailed description of the City’s requirements.
