GUIDELINES FOR EMAILING BID SUBMISSIONS

Purpose:

The City of Vancouver’s guidelines for bid submissions aim to:
- Reduce the amount of paper printing, and;
-Reduce travel time to drop hard copies of bids at City Hall.

Scope:

All the bids except ITT need to be submitted electronically.

Proponents must submit responses via email (submission instructions below):

-Subject of the file to be: PS# - Title – Vendor name.

-Submit the files in the same format that were issued and or sent to your company. Please do not combine the files.

-Any other attachments if necessary

-Zip the files to reduce the size or email separately if needed.
-Send your submissions to Bids@vancouver.ca do not deliver a physical copy to the City of Vancouver.
-If you did not receive an automated email within few minutes, check your junk folder first, and then contact Purchasing@vancouver.ca

Submitting the files via Drop box, FTP, or similar programs, is not acceptable.

Proposals received after the closing time may be returned unopened.

Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

General Description of Requirement

The RFP concerns the City’s interest in retaining the services of a roster agency to provide adjudication services to support the City’s Vacancy Tax. Details of the City’s objectives and requirements to which the RFP relates are set out in Part B of the RFP. The City welcomes proposals that are responsive to this RFP (“Proposals”) respecting innovative or novel approaches to the City’s objectives and requirements.
